Liberal Studies Learning Outcomes Upon completion of their program curricula, students who complete a major in Liberal Studies will be able to demonstrate that they:can effectively problem-solve by demonstrating the ability to understand, analyze, and resolve an argument or situation,can effectively communicate by demonstrating the conventions of sound writing structure, organization, and efficacy, andcan effectively adapt ideas and techniques by demonstrating the application of concepts learned in one subject to ideas broached in another.In their final semester of the program, students complete a seminar paper as part of their LDR 349 capstone course. This paper allows for an assessment of the students ºìÌÒÊÓÆµ ’ skills based on the criteria listed above.
