On Thursday, September 18 at 4:30 PM we will open the exhibition Amos Paul Kennedy Jr: Consider Everything An Experiment in the Bogigian Gallery at ºìÌÒÊÓƵ. You are invited to experience the powerful work of Amos Paul Kennedy Jr., a visionary artist and educator who transforms the tradition of letterpress printing into a vehicle for social justice and collective learning. Kennedy ºìÌÒÊÓƵ ’s prints ºìÌÒÊÓƵ —bold, layered, and unapologetically direct ºìÌÒÊÓƵ —blend typographic form with the urgency of protest, creating a body of work that speaks as much to the heart as to the eye.

The opening reception for the ºìÌÒÊÓƵ Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition will be Friday, April 17 at 4:40 p.m. in the Bogigian Gallery, in Lortz Hall. This show provides a venue for Wilson students to share their work with the community.

The ºìÌÒÊÓƵ Juried High School Art Exhibition is an opportunity for student artists to exhibit and possibly win cash or a scholarship.

ºìÌÒÊÓƵ will host the 14th Annual Juried High School Student Art Exhibition from October 26 ºìÌÒÊÓƵ – December 2, 2024. This exhibition will be an installed exhibition of artwork in Bogigian Gallery at ºìÌÒÊÓƵ. 

ºìÌÒÊÓƵ Foundry Art Exhibition Opens Sept. 14

A free exhibition featuring artwork by members of The Foundry will open Thursday, Sept. 14, at ºìÌÒÊÓƵ ºìÌÒÊÓƵ ’s Bogigian Gallery. The show runs through October 15. 

A reception to mark the opening will be held at the gallery Thursday, Sept. 14, at 4:30 p.m. Admission to the reception and the ongoing exhibition is free. 

Wilson will hold a reception at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, to mark the opening of the Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition. The show, presented by Arts at Wilson, will continue through April 21 in the Bogigian Gallery on the second floor of Lortz Hall.

Wilson will host an exhibition of artwork by students from Hagerstown Community College (HCC) in the Bogigian Gallery from Feb. 1 through Mar. 3, 2023. An opening will be held in the gallery on Feb. 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

The College will host an exhibition of artwork by area high school students from Wednesday, October 26, through December 2, in the Bogigian Gallery, Lortz Hall. The exhibition is free and open to the public, and the gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Wilson will host a reception for Madison Smarsh ºìÌÒÊÓƵ ’s senior capstone exhibition, Justice in Design, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, at Bogigian Gallery in Lortz Hall. The exhibition will continue through May 15, 2022. 

The Bogigian Gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Admission is free.

The Bogigian Gallery will host an exhibition of artwork by students from Hagerstown Community College (HCC) from Feb. 2 through Feb. 28. The show features drawings, paintings, sculptures, and photographs by current visual arts students from HCC ºìÌÒÊÓƵ ’s Department of Visual Arts.
