Student Research Day was founded in 2010 as a way to recognize and celebrate the research, scholarship and creative activities of students and their faculty mentors. It provides an opportunity for undergraduates Ƶ –especially seniors Ƶ –to share their scholarly research or creative projects with a supportive community of faculty, staff and peers. The day is also a collective recognition and understanding of the wide spectrum of research disciplines students and faculty are involved in as they pursue creative academic and scholarly achievements.

Presentation formats may include:
Ƶ • Oral
Ƶ • Poster
Ƶ • Display
Ƶ • Demonstration
Ƶ • Multimedia

Academic Awards Ceremony
Each year, students from all disciplines are chosen by their professors to receive a variety of college awards based on exemplary and outstanding academic merit and achievement. An awards ceremony is held in their honor at the closing of the annual Student Research Day.
